I've worked as a Clinical Director, lead counsellor, and private practitioner across some of Ontario's most recognized treatment centres. Something in you is tired — and it makes sense.

My approach is warm, direct, and evidence-informed. We go beneath the behavior. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and harm-reduction — tailored to what works best for you.
